About the Role
We are accepting applications for a Document Control Analyst with strong organizational skills and experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) to support projects out of our Houston office.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Document management experience with Oil, Gas, or Chemical engineering or construction projects.
A minimum of an associate's degree or technical school diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
0–3 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support roles.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with version control and revision tracking.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for documentation (e.g., ISO standards).
Core Responsibilities
Manage and maintain document control systems and databases.
Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
Track document versions and maintain revision histories.
Develop transmittals and distribute documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Administer the Standard Technical Practice library and perform basic document edits.
Develop and maintain a Master Document Index for projects and facility record documents.
Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
Other administrative tasks as required.
